Maatje Vos

Maatje is a medior consultant with international experience in the field of change management and internal communication. She is analytically and strategically strong, but also has a hands-on work ethic. She has a good feeling for working with people and seeing patterns and therefore can quickly grasp what is needed in an organization.

She has broad experience in corporates, scale-ups, education and government and thrives specifically in international environments. She has worked with DS Smith, Holland Colours, Covestro, Danone and Riscure, among others.

Because of her background as a cultural anthropologist and her previous experience as an HR-manager, she understands the complexity and importance of the human aspect in organizations. In addition, she is fluent in English and Spanish. She gains energy from complex issues, in which it is necessary to really understand what moves people.
