Robin is an energetic junior consultant who is fascinated by human behavior and who has a strong interest in societal issues. His conscientious and outgoing personality generates energy from investigating and delving into client challenges, all while keeping human interaction in focus. Therefore, he enjoys being a conversational partner for both employees and leaders.
Robin gained experience as a trainer and coach in various educational and governmental organizations. He coached employees on both an individual and group level in the areas of sustainable employability and stress management, and he helped them find careers that suit them. Driven by his interest in societal issues, he carried out practical research while graduation at the Dutch Policeforce.
Furthermore, in 2022, he voluntarily initiated efforts to transport and shelter Ukrainian refugees. These experiences have honed his sensitivity to organizational dynamics.
Drawing from his education in Work and Organizational Psychology from Radboud University, Robin is keen to understand how organizational changes can impact the working conditions of employees. Additionally, he endeavors to comprehend the origins of behaviors and reactions in a non-judgmental manner (with an emphasis on “endeavors,” as complete impartiality is inherently challenging). This approach allows him to take the diverse perspectives of all stakeholders into account.
Helped by various coaching certifications, he readily employs conversation techniques as an effective tool to clarify challenges and client issues. Furthermore, his Master degree in Criminology from Vrije Universiteit fuels his specific enthusiasm for organizations within the security sector.
