Tim van der Snoek

Change and communications consultant Tim prefers to work in assignments including complex changes, where the context can be complicated by a web of various stakeholders and their specific interests. His analytical view and creativity allow him to quickly pinpoint what is going on, based on which he will develop and execute a change strategy together with the key people involved.

In recent years, Tim has worked on change programs in quite some commercial organizations, such as in retail, manufacturing and telecom. He did gain experience in the healthcare, government and education sectors, too. Changes such as implementing and delivering on new strategies, adopting  new systems or processes and mergers in particular trigger his interest.
