As a senior advisor, Bas has experience in the full width of change and communication. His strength is the combination of an analytical mind and pragmatic approach. He is also interested in implicit communication (does an organization prove what it promises?), organizational strategy and research.
Bas has experience in a wide range of organizations and industries. From small to large, from government to corporates – if the goal is clear, he will make it a success together with the customer. He has a special interest in retail. For example, he was involved in the integration of C1000, he was ultimately responsible for communication during the acquisition of EMTÉ by Coop and Jumbo, and he worked extensively on change and communication questions for Jumbo.
Bas has several publications to his name and prefers simple recording of complex processes and concepts. He is the author of 100% consistent, co-author of IC in 3D and has published on Organizational Death, among other things.
