We are regularly looking for ambitious people who are as driven as we are to deliver impactful results for our clients. So, we welcome spontaneous inquiries by professionals of all levels, including graduate students looking for an internship or graduate research spot. What are we looking for in people who want to work at Involve? At ‘About us’ you will read more about who we are and our purpose. We are a team of over 25 colleagues, ranging from graduates starting out to very experienced professionals, with a variety of backgrounds and profiles. Some of us are great enthusiasts of the analytical sides of our work, others are passionate about developing change and communication strategies, or greatly driven to train, facilitate and coach individuals or groups of people. We bring together the right mix of consultants for our assignments based on their talents and affinities, and our clients needs.
