Ellen is a highly experienced professional, with work experience in numerous industries and organizations of all sizes. As a senior change and communication manager, she uses her analysis and empathy skills, as well as her problem-solving and result-driven attitude. After a career at a number of large internationally operating companies, Ellen works at Involve on strategy, culture, change & communication assignments for clients in education, healthcare, construction, government, services, social domain, corporates and NGOs.

In addition, Ellen has experience as a trainer (development and replacement) in the field of change and communication, both for open and in-house training. She enjoys working in organizations where English is the working language.
