Hilde de Jong

Hilde is a strategically thinking as well as hands-on medior consultant with broad experience in change management and communications. She is analytically adept, able to quickly switch between contexts and remits, never losing sight of the broader context in which she operates, both in terms of social and organisational aspects.

Hilde has gained experience in the healthcare, retail, IT, educational and the (semi-)government sectors. Examples include designing and facilitating management team sessions at Heineken and Careander (care) and in supporting change processes at Miele, a large mental health institution and Umicore (BE). She has also been involved in several strategy implementation projects as well as providing support in mergers and acquisitions, such as the merger between AMC and  VUmc. Hilde is educated in intercultural communication, and she’s fluent in English and French. She is currently training in cognitive behavioral coaching.
