Hilde de Jong

Hilde is a strategically thinking as well as hands-on senior consultant with broad experience in change management and communications. She is analytically adept, able to quickly switch between contexts and remits, never losing sight of the broader context in which she operates, both in terms of social and organisational aspects.

Hilde has gained experience in the healthcare, retail, advocacy IT, educational and the (semi-)government sectors. Examples include designing and facilitating management team sessions at Heineken and supporting change processes at Miele, Isala and Umicore (BE). She has also been involved in several strategy implementation projects as well as providing support in mergers and acquisitions, such as the merger between AMC and  VUmc.

Hilde is educated in intercultural communication, and she’s fluent in English and French. Also, she is trained as a cognitive behavioral coach (the little brother of cognitive behavioural therapy).
