Isa Leemreise

As junior consultant, Isa is driven to contribute to her assignments in the best way possible. Her strengths are analysing issues objectively, creativity, flexibility, resolve and a structured way of working.

Isa gained knowledge about various areas of communications, such as design, strategy development and conversation techniques, in her Communications studies. Her minor Change Communications and Behavioural Psychology allowed her to acquire experience in addressing change and resistance to it, and motivational issues, enabling her to look at projects from various perspectives. Her purpose now is to increase her experience in change programmes.
