MBO Amersfoort provides post-secondary vocational courses in Central Netherlands, with a range of graduates from levels 1 to 4. The organisation has around 740 employees, training around 8400 students this year.
Help us with the transition from the traditional configuration of education to a new system of flexible learning routes; a change with major consequences for the way in which educational professionals work and collaborate.
Independent students with more control over their individual learning processes. To achieve this, course providers need to think more about what the student needs in order to receive the correct education and less about how the organisation wants to offer education. This allows the student to determine his or her own learning path and process.
We helped MBO Amersfoort to translate the principles of MBO Flex into development principles for the organisation, in conjunction with education professionals. Experiments with the new way of working in a pilot study. And then asssisting other managers and educational teams with that wider implementation.
