Bart Claesen

Bart is a committed medior change and communications consultant, fully convinced of the importance and power of communications as well as facilitating and enabling dialogue between managers and employees.

In addition to facilitating and enabling dialogue, Bart is experienced in developing fitting strategies for communications and change. He analyses employee journeys, with an eye on defining elements for improvements, and he takes this attitude towards change programs as well – always taking the perspective of employees in terms of change impact.

Bart has been working for a multitude of organisations, where each industry needs a (slightly) different approach.
