Bianca has been a true (communication) generalist for over twenty years. Whether for a government, corporate or NGO, this senior consultant understands change processes, business operations and communication. She has first-hand experience as a leader of various teams and has been part of an executive team. Moreover, she has a sixth sense for what is going on in an organization. Both in management and on the work floor.
