Danielle Westdijk

Danielle is a committed change and communications consultant and visual designer. She pairs her education in communications and change management with analytical and creative competencies to support organisations in their transformation processes. Driven by her great interest in human behaviour and its underlying motives, she is well able to get to the depths of issues in organisations.

Danielle is capable of abstract thinking and turning complex ideas into easy-to-understand visual representations, with the aim to create better alignment between all stakeholders. She is expert in developing strategic visual designs that are both appealing as well as provide insight and clarity for employees, whether relating to transformation, new visions, values, or cultural changes.

Her earlier experience in consultancy included working for various sectors such as public service, healthcare, education, technology and NGO’s , resulting in an understanding of a variety of contexts.
