Denise Venema

Denise is an energetic medior consultant fascinated by people.  Why do they do what they do? Why do they behave in ways that seem illogical at first sight? In her view, paying careful attention to people and truly listening to them are essential in order to achieve organizational change.

Denise’s innate curiosity and social antennae help her in finding out what drives or hinders people in changing, or what issues or deep-rooted patterns are roaming around in informal  circuits impacting organisations’ ability to change. She firmly believe that acquiring insight into these phenomena will be helpful in empowering people to move forward in changing and create impact together.

As a former behavioral consultant, Denise is experienced in concretizing abstract issues and analyzing psychological processes. She strongly believes that taking small, incremental steps are impactful. as organisations can build on consequent successes.

Denise’s educational  background comprises communications science, psychology and behavioral change. Her professional experience includes working for (semi)-civil service organisations as well as for clients in various sectors.
