Michiel van Delden is managing partner of Involve. He previously worked at management consultancy firm Twynstra Gudde and at ABN Amro, where he developed into a real managementconsultant in the field of change management, leadership and communication. He was involved in countless major transformations, reorganizations, acquisitions and outsourcing processes, both in the Netherlands and internationally. In 2009 he founded C-Suite, a consultancy specifically aimed at advising the top of organizations in change.
In almost 10 years he built up a great practice and a wealth of experience in all sectors of the economy. He brought that experience to Involve in 2018, when both agencies merged.
