“Involve is Ahead of the Curve”

Assia Sand joined Involve in 2007. As part of our 30th anniversary celebration, she reflects on her years working at Involve:

“When I think of Involve, the first thing that comes to mind is our ‘office days.’ These are the days when we connect with colleagues and dive deeper into our professional skills. And, of course, there’s Ilse’s strong entrepreneurial drive: Evolve, Subconscious Impact…

I find it characteristic that Involve is always ahead of the curve. While many communication departments were still focused on internal corporate journalism, Involve’s advisors were already coaching leaders on their personal communication skills. The mission of Involve to ‘move people towards results’ is something I still apply every day.

In the end, you work with and for colleagues. It’s important to really understand what they need and what motivates them. That’s one of the key lessons I’ve learned during my time at Involve.”
